The present study aims to enhance the bioavailability of Blueberry by formulating it as nanosuspension. mainly consists ofanthocyanins which have strong antihyperlipidemic activity but suffers from low causes hindrances in itstherapeutic treat hyperlipidemia. Hence improve its bioavailability, nanosuspension blueberry was prepared. BoxBehnken design applied predict effect independent variables namely concentration chitosan and oftripolyphosphate (TPP) stirring speed on two responses particle size entrapment efficiency. suggested thata formulation having a 205.05nm efficiency 76.60 % will be an optimized if haschitosan, TPP,and 0.5%, 0.05%,and 1050 rpm respectively. prepared itwas found that 198.5 nm 75.14±0.56 In addition, wasfound polydispersity index, refractive zeta potential 0.351, 1.33, 21.08mv respectively.SEM analysis showed thedroplet under 200nm.When compared towards with drug extract release shows controlled releaseof up 8 hrs enhances suspension maximum 2hrs whichshows immediate drug. As result, our research nanotechnology might utilized effective approachincreasing this article also focuses ofanthocyanin.
